To use a Klook coupon, select a current offer, copy the code if one is provided, and open the Klook website or app. Choose an eligible activity, tour, attraction ticket, or transfer, then enter the code during checkout in the promo-code field. Apply it before payment and confirm that the discount appears in the order summary. Some promotions are automatically applied and do not require manual entry.

Klook coupons should be checked carefully before booking because each promotion has its own terms, validity period, and eligible products. A code may be limited to new customers, selected destinations, specific dates, or a minimum spending amount. Always review the expiration date and conditions on the offer page. If a code is rejected, it may have expired, reached its redemption limit, or be incompatible with the selected activity.

Klook promotions can include several restrictions, such as one use per customer, app-only availability, selected currencies, minimum order values, or exclusions for already discounted products. Some codes apply only to particular countries, attractions, transportation services, or travel dates. Discounts may also be limited to a fixed amount or percentage and may not cover taxes, service charges, or booking fees. The complete terms should be checked before payment.

Klook generally offers several payment options, although availability can depend on your country, currency, device, and booking type. Common methods may include major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and other locally supported payment services. Payment is normally requested during checkout, but some reservations may have different arrangements. Before confirming, check the final price, currency, cancellation terms, and whether the coupon discount has been deducted successfully.

Cancellation and refund rules are determined by the individual Klook product rather than by one universal policy. Some activities allow free cancellation until a stated deadline, while others are non-refundable or charge a fee. If a coupon was used, the discount may not be reissued, and a refund may be based on the amount actually paid. Review the activity’s cancellation policy before booking and contact Klook support if the reservation details are unclear.
