An Energy Performance Certificate rates how energy-efficient a property is, usually on a scale from A, the most efficient, to G, the least efficient. Before booking, check that the provider uses qualified or officially accredited assessors and clearly displays its business details, pricing, terms, and contact information. A genuine discount should explain exactly which service it applies to, whether VAT or travel charges are included, and when it expires. Avoid offers that promise an unrealistically high rating or request unusual payment methods.

Usually, you select the required EPC inspection, enter your property details and postcode, and apply the coupon in the booking or checkout field labeled “promo code,” “discount code,” or similar. Confirm that the reduced price appears before paying. Some providers require the code to be quoted by phone or shown to the assessor, so read the offer conditions carefully and keep the confirmation email.

Most promotional codes have an expiry date and may be limited to new customers, selected locations, standard inspections, or bookings made within a specific period. They may not apply to cancellations, urgent appointments, additional certificates, commercial properties, or other services.
